EST Token according to smart contract is cryptocurrency that is used as incentives for using bicycle.
The incentives are public currency, and the value is formed and used based on the value given
by the government and local governments.

What is EST ?

1 EST is considered as 1km when using bicycle as transportation.

To replace cars with pro-environmental bicycle means reducing social cost.
Therefore, EBIS provides economic value as much as social cost and EST is the currency
that was born within the system. In other words, 1km on bicycle to reduce pollution,
accidents on the road, carbon dioxide level will be rewarded to its users.

Most of the drivers drive less than 10km per day.

It has been proved by many experiments that bicycle is faster transportation for short distance in the complex city. In addition, the social economic cost caused by motor vehicle can be reduced by using bicycle (traffic congestion / air pollution) and bicycle exercise has the benefit of improving one’s health.

The Usage rate of bicycle as transportation is only 2.5% and when this rate reaches 10%, 500 million KRW will be saved per person annually from gasoline, space saving, medical cost. A single student can save up to 400 thousand KRW by taking bus and 10km per day on bicycle will save 300L on fuel per person annually.

If 1% of driver uses bicycle, 3.8 million ton of fuel will be saved in Korea. If 1% of world population uses bicycle as transportation, we can save 200 million dollars annually. Also, greenhouse gas rate will be reduced by 600kg which is equivalent to implanting 200 trees.
